All installed windows are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the purchaser resides at or owns the home. The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision. Gold: Double Lifetime Limited Window Warranty—This warranty applies to installed windows for as long as the property owner resides in the home. As well, the warranty transfers to the next homeowner as well. This warranty, being the best available on Graef Windows, includes a glass breakage limited lifetime warranty which provides replacement glass free of charge (FOB factory) for the original owner’s lifetime, and for 15 years for the second owner. (Service technicians are available in some areas, at a fee.)

Silver: Lifetime Limited Window Warranty— This warranty applies to installed windows for as long as the property owner resides. (Service technicians are available in some areas, at a fee.)

Bronze: 20 Year Limited Window Warranty-- This warranty applies to installed windows for light commercial use, for twenty years.
